In a group setting, tailored to the needs of your specific group, John teaches the Native way-finding practices that support the understanding of energies around us and the energy of great spirit and our ancestral lineage. He facilitates a healing journey connecting with the ancestors and spiritual support to provide group healing. John will guide you through a clearing of your energy centers that you participate in as an active meditation. He will guide you through energy building movements, helping you identify where energy might be stuck. When stuck energy is healed there is an opportunity for personal evolutionary growth. Each gathering is curated to align with the needs of the group.
